📢 New Free Pharmacy Service Launched Across Ireland: MediBack 💊♻️

Mediback Scheme, however not all medicines and medical items can be returned for disposal.

Check the list to see what your pharmacy can and can’t accept.

❌ NOT ACCEPTED:
• Sharps such as needles or lancets
• Outer cardboard and paper packaging
• Loose tablets or capsules
• Harmless liquids, creams or ointments (e.g. glucose or sodium chloride)
• Flammable liquids
• Non-medication chemicals
• Clinical waste (e.g. used bandages and dressings)
• Nitrous oxide “laughing gas” canisters
• Medical devices (e.g. catheters and ostomy bags)
• Veterinary medicines for large/farm animals

Help us dispose of unwanted medicines safely and responsibly ♻️💙

The successful candidate will join a friendly and experienced team in a positive and supportive working environment.

Position Details:
• Permanent, full-time position
• 5 days per week
• Alternating Saturdays
• Competitive and negotiable salary
• McLernons dispensing system

Applications are welcome from qualified Pharmacy Technicians and candidates with strong, hands-on dispensary experience.
