Chris Jefferies was targeted by police because they were told by Greg that the door was locked when he got back from Sheffield after a weekend away and Joanna's keys, phone, purse, etc and other personal things had been left inside the flat. Greg's suggestion that she was abducted didnt hold water because the abductors wouldn't have been able to lock the door after they exited the flat, because the keys were left inside. This left only two suspects, Greg and the landlord. If the police believed that Greg was not her killer as a result of his half brothers alibi, the only other person who had the pair of keys to the two separate locks on the hall door was the landlord Chris Jefferies. Thats why the police were convinced that he was the killer and once they had come to that conclusion they immediately took away the door to secure the evidence of the two locks, they tipped off their press mole who spread the word bringing the press to his door. Jefferies was arrested the next morning in what the police believed was a great cop. In the heel of the hunt Chris Jefferies was exonerated leaving Greg as the only possible culprit. Tabak is innocent. He couldn't have locked the door.

If you agree with me that Vincent Tabak was the victim of a stitch up, please leave a short review on the page and oblige.

Tabak was targeted as a patsy and after the embarrassing landlord arrest they would isolate him, deny him bail, put him in Bristol jail where he was seriously assaulted and knocked out that first day, and deprive him of access to his computer which contained proof that he was online at the time of the murder.

Joanna had 43 injuries which proves she fought for her life. If that struggle had taken place in her flat as the police accused Tabak, there would have been evidence to support it and in his efforts to remove her body to his flat the cat would have scampered out the door. Plus the landlord over her head would have heard her screams. She was waylaid and murdered in her killer's car before she got back to her flat.

The presumption of innocence was thrown to the dogs on the day Vincent Tabak was arrested because the police had fed the newspapers with lies that the killer's DNA was found on the victim's breast and legs and was headlined nationwide that day. Tabak never stood a chance after that violation of his right to the presumption of innocence. The whole country immediately believed the police had made a breakthrough and found the killer and Tabak was guilty and the police spent the next three months isolating him and blackmailing him to admit to the killing until he was rendered compliant. He was denied bail because he was allegedly a flight risk. The ensuing trial was a modern day stitch up of classic proportions.

If one looks at any of the videos or documentaries on utube or elsewhere about this stitch up, it is plain to see that there is a massive conspiracy between all the parties involved in the case to enable the police to perform the stitch up. Firstly, the police involved all knew that this was a stitch up and they have told lies and fabricated evidence to blacken Tabak. The solicitor who was recommended to defend him and the barrister chosen are all in on the stitch up to assist their local police who feed them with their briefs in their local courts. Even the crown prosecution service have joined in the lies and thrown away any independence they may have possessed and amazingly have come out on camera in documentaries to support their lies and fabrications. Everybody rowed in to nail Tabak and even the judiciary compromised their integrity and supposed impartiality as they accomodated and bent over backwards for the prosecutors with video links and court changes of venues and double talk by blackmail and coerced cooperation of the accused man on the pretense that he was the personification of evil and they must not let him get off the hook that they created. All defenses for Tabak, right down to putting a prison chaplain in close contact with him to gain his confidence and act as the nice cop making suggestions on how he should plead and more, putting him in isolation for months and driving him near su***de and in a su***de watch cell, they broke this quiet and refined man and ruined his life to cover up their own failures in the murder investigation that started as a missing person based on lies by her killer.

Greg Reardon arrived back at his girlfriend's flat following a weekend away in the north of England in the midst of a very cold snowy spell of weather. He said he hadnt been able to contact Joanna over the weekend, so one would expect him to be alarmed when he arrived home to find her stuff strewn around the flat and her phone was there but she was not present. So Greg sat around for about five hours before he phoned her parents who were alarmed and traveled to Bristol in the early hours arriving about 4.0 am. After that, Greg called the cops. Two cops on the night shift called to the flat and they were convinced by Greg that Joanna was abducted for ransom or else had wandered off and got lost in the snow. Officially, Joanna was logged as a missing person for a whole week until her body was found on Christmas day and then it became a murder investigation. But Greg was off the hook.
