Well another school year over and what a strange year it was.

We were busy this year spreading some over the school by doing and giving to the girls. 🧚‍♂️

On behalf of all the parents we managed to do the following this year. It was a short year but a busy one.

*€300 donated to dancing lessons for the TY year
*€1,000 donated for the purchase of canteen cards
*€525 spent on getting Christmas buns for all in the school
*Shona- The Survival Kit for Girls. books (€354 cost) given to all First-year students
*Shona- Workshop (€400 cost) arranged.
Joanne O’ Riordan (motivational speaker) presented her chat to the sixth years (€250 donation requested as payment and
was presented to Motor Neurone at sixth year’s recommendation)
*€1,200 spent on getting Easter Eggs for all students
*5 wooden benches purchased at a cost of €945 to supply extra seating for students during Covid
*Sports day was funded with sports equipment (dodge balls,rounders and lacrosse) and the ice-cream van were sent in to give everyone an ice-cream on the day, cost €2,000.
*Organised a Movie night with treat bag provided with the help of Mairead Clogher (€1,300 raised)
*Easter Hamper Raffle was arranged using I Donate as the online payment system. €1,200 raised

We would like to take this opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to Nicola Ryan and Monica Redmond who are leaving us after 6 years. Their unwavering support to the school’s vision and their efforts over the years have made the PA more visible within the school. So thank you again Nikki and Monica.

Thank you also to the school and the staff for all their support and help throughout the year also..
