* We run our own Hair & beauty salons and training colleges.
* We Know how lonely business is and we want to help and support each other as we should be.
* We have a lot of business knowledge and course behind us.
* We are fun women who love what we do and love to help and educate others.

d support with struggles, staff, salon running and the business side of it whether, new goals, social media, contract and hand book information.
* Along with the above we want to arrange a Lunch every few months to catch up, have a rant and laugh a lot along with supporting each other and charing on life and business with like minded , positive, out going people all in the same boat. We can arrive to your salon to
* Assess your salon management, your salon stylists, their ethic, their ability.
* Add education to your salon, in areas you may need , whether you come to us or we can go to you.
* Place you in touch with our social media experts and other business people you may need for your business.
* To sit and chat you listening to you on where you are at in your business and offering business support, advice, staff audits, and much more and just a ear to be there and advise you.
* Help you on snapchat and other areas you may need.
* Act as a Mystery shopper in your salon, spa or college to assess the standards of your team giving you a full professional report.
* Assess your tutors or stylists as we are qualified assessors, and we can offer you a assessor course for you or your team for any junior stylists or apprentices you have. How does it work?
