Ashbourne ITF Taekwon-Do club provides high level Taekwon-Do training for children from the age of 4 up to adults of all ages. Classes take place at Integrity Martial Arts Academy - an easily accessible, modern, fully equipped martial arts and combat fitness centre in Ashbourne, Co. The centre is owned and run by Irish National Taekwon-Do Team Sparring Coach Stephen Cooley (VII Degree) who teaches Taekwon-Do classes along with a team of highly experienced Instructors. Classes include Taekwon-Do Kubz for 4 - 7 year olds, Beginner White Belts, Yellow - Green Belts, and Blue to Black Belt level. The club is proud to have trained several European & World Taekwon-Do champions and competes at a regular basis both nationally and internationally. We also have classes for adult beginners, no previous experience or training necessary. Ashbourne ITF Taekwon-Do club is a member of the Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA) and is affiliated with the Irish Martial Arts Commission IMAC. Instructors are Garda Vetted and First Aid Certified.
