"Krav Woman" Seminars & Courses offer the most effective and aggressive form of Krav Maga Self Defence Training specifically for Women. Training takes place at our Headquarters in Integrity Martial Arts Academy, Ashbourne, Co Meath or at a venue to suit groups. "Krav Woman" Instructors are all fully qualifed by KMG (Krav Maga Global) and are required to attend regular Training Updates with Global Instructors. Our Male & Female Instructors are fully Garda Vetted through KMG Ireland and First Aid Certified. . KMG Ireland clubs run classes nationwide for all Adults and Children - you contact us to find the club located nearest you.
