St Patrick's day celebrations seen Pixies host their first Culture day and what better way to get started than our own national celebration. We had great fun where all parents were invited in with their child to take part in Irish art activities, coin stacking games, we had Irish music, Irish tattoo table and we also had a chance to sample some Irish snacks and play some Irish instruments. It was a wonderful afternoon and we want to thank all our parents and children for making it a memorable afternoon. Mothers day , the children made lovely plants, cards and portraits for their mammy. Because of our Mother's we can fly 🧡💐🌹🌸

Maristor celebrations at Pixies, we coloured pictures and made bracelets for each other a small tradition within the Romanian culture.

March has been a busy month and we are only half way through it. We started with World book day and Maristor celebrations and last week we had Mother's day and St Patrick's day.

We had the most wonderful time at the new Gingerbread Bakery Home Corner in Pixies Pre-school.

The children loved using playdough to roll, cut, and “bake” their own gingerbread cakes and Christmas treats. Their little eyes lit up as they popped their creations into the pretend ovens and waited for them to “cook” — a lovely imaginative touch!

They especially enjoyed decorating their cupcakes with beads, eyes, and lots of festive bits. And once their treats were ready, they stepped right into the role of cashiers — buying, selling, and packaging their baked goodies to take away. It was so sweet watching them confidently work the till, hand out cupcakes, and chat like real little shopkeepers.

The bakery will be open for the month of December 🙂🎅🎄
