“Don’t cut corners”? 👀

This idiom means doing something in the easiest, fastest, or cheapest way... usually by sacrificing quality ⚠️

For example:

The phrase comes from the 1800s, when carriage drivers would literally “cut corners” in the road to save time. It was quicker… but also risky 😵‍💫
