Day one: Tired and Rusty.
I want to document my journey again to get fit and be able to train at a high-level again.
15 years ago I had my leg snapped in half in UFC fight his gym LA
I have had two knee reconstructions, have not been able to train like I want to since, and probably never will be able to again especially grappling which I love and miss.
What I want to document is that an artist should always paint, even if you can’t paint as well. It’s not about what people see on the outside. It’s about how it feels on the inside.
I want to see how good I can paint again.
I want to see how happy and fulfilling I can feel again.
I’m in my late 40s.
I don’t have the same aggression or purpose for external validation anymore.
I was on the England team growing up in karate, I’ve had over 100+ fight in that art I’ve trained in kickboxing since I was young, I competed in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Mma, and spared hundreds of hours in rings and on mats and in cages.
It seems silly, as I have a lot of friends who are professional fighters or at such high levels because they’ve dedicated the whole life to that art.
But to me
This is a personal journey, but I want to share it with you as if there’s something that you want to create in your life, even though you might not be as young as you used to be.
You have to dip it into the well and find the fuel, the reason, the emotional Driver that’s going to pull you forward.
As I launch the sniper protocol to the world, the system that I’ve taught to thousands of people and helped incredible people do incredible things.
I want to share it with you as I use it on myself in business, and martial arts.
Enjoy this journey over the next few years and let’s see my improvement and what’s possible
I have trained since I was nine years old, this is fun to me.
I hope you can do something that your heart is pulling you towards even if other people don’t think you are as good as what you feel inside.
