Look at her… 💕
This little girl isn’t waiting for someone else to tell her she’s lovable.
She’s looking straight into her own eyes and saying, “I love you.”
Most of us were never told we were worthy of love just for being ourselves.
We were taught we had to earn it — by getting good grades, being nice, looking perfect, achieving more, and shrinking ourselves into a box that was never meant for us.
We became masters at pleasing, performing, and pushing.
But deep down, we’re renegades. We crave freedom. We long to break free from the patterns, the mother wounds, the father wounds, and the constant need to prove our worth.
The turning point is always the same:
You stop looking outside for love… and start giving it to the little girl inside.
You look in the mirror and say, “I love you.”
You kiss your own wounds.
You hold the parts of you that were neglected, abandoned, and never enough.
This is the work I do with my clients.
One woman came to me after years of being neglected by both parents. She built an impressive corporate career to prove her worth. After doing deep inner child healing together, she became radiant — not from pushing, but from remembering who she really was. Soon after, her twin flame (a man from her distant past) came running back into her life. He showed up fully, never abandoned her, and they’re now married with two beautiful children.
It all began the moment she chose to love herself first.
So tell me, beautiful…
When was the last time you looked in the mirror and genuinely said “I love you”?

I’m hankering for a bedroom makeover for our temple of love 💗

I think a simple soft paint job that upgrades the bed and walls, plus new bedding will do.

This is the guy… the one I chose as my life partner.

The ones before him came to me through unconscious patterns and wounds. This led to pain, suffering, and heartbreak, and prolonged my love success.

For women, the most common patterns stopping the from finding a wholesome life partner are:

• Anxious attachment — constantly seeking reassurance, attracting avoidant partners who pull away, creating endless chase and heartbreak.
• Father wound — seeking approval from emotionally unavailable men, mistaking intensity for love.
• Mother wound — carrying resentment or caretaking energy that leads to over-giving until they’re drained.

For men, these are most common ones are:

• Avoidant attachment — fearing closeness, pulling away when intimacy deepens, leaving partners feeling abandoned.
• Mother wound — either idealizing women or resenting them, leading to control or emotional shutdown.
• Father wound — lacking healthy masculine modeling, either becoming passive or overly aggressive.

Are you finding the love you deserve and desire? If not, what wounds might you unconsciously be coming from that need to be resolved before you can step into union with your life partner? 🌹

Why having a second baby at 45 didn’t overwhelm me.
It didn’t break me.
It didn’t end the good things in my life.
Instead, it quietly birthed an entirely new era — one that feels lighter, softer, and more magical than anything that came before.
The old me would have panicked. She would have gone straight into her masculine — pushing, forcing, proving, burning out, trying to do it all perfectly.
But this baby… she taught me something different.
She taught me how to receive.
She showed me that it’s safe to ask for help. That I don’t have to do it alone. That calling in two full-time nannies in Bali wasn’t weakness — it was wisdom. It gave me the space to actually be with my children instead of just surviving them.
Because of this support, I get to unschool my oldest while staying present and relaxed. I get to dance, paint, meditate, walk through rice fields, heal my body, hold space for my clients, and build community — all while raising two babies.
My little daughter came through in one push. A bright, shining ball of light. She’s not an “easy” baby (no baby truly is), but she is pure joy. And when things feel heavy, I no longer settle for suffering. I call in solutions. I say yes to my yes.
I am a dazzling little magical fairy with deep divine daughter energy — and I have zero desire to “grow up” in the way the old world demands. I’m growing up my way. A way rooted in love, softness, presence, and feminine power.
This is the era I was always meant to live.
If you’ve been dreaming of a more easeful, supported, and joyful version of motherhood — know that it’s possible. Your body, your womb, and your soul already know the way.
Just be brave enough to choose it.

If you’re a high-achieving woman who’s still struggling with perfectionism… this might be why.
You were schooled by school.

It taught you to be really good at filling out tests and writing papers about things you didn’t care about.

It taught you that your own passions were secondary.
And now, even though you’ve shifted into a completely different mindset and you’re finally focusing on what you love… you’re still struggling.

You’re struggling to value your passions because school programmed you to believe it’s greedy or selfish to want that much.

You’re still chasing perfection because school taught you to be terrified of making mistakes.
But the whole point of being passionate isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about being in flow. It’s about living in those feminine qualities — messy, intuitive, improvisational.

If you want to heal this school trauma (yes, we can call it school PTSD), you have to be willing to make mistakes. You have to let it be messy and ugly.

That’s exactly what school trained us to be terrified of.

So let Terra — the fierce goddess of the earth — terrify those old perfectionist skool beliefs.

Let her burn them down and turn them into beautiful muckiness, flow, and freedom.

You’re allowed to improvise. You’re allowed to intuit, to make mistakes, and also make messes.

You’re allowed to not do it all right… and still be completely alright.

🌹 Seeded for Hormone Balance 🌹

Through years of burnout, hormonal recalibration, and becoming a mother of two at 45, I’ve learned this truth as a woman and guide:

My body does not need extremes — it needs steady nourishment.

One of the most supportive shifts I’ve made is gently reducing high, fast carbohydrates and replacing them with fiber-dense seeds and omega-3–rich foods that stabilize blood sugar and support the womb–hormone axis.

This simple seeded bread is part of that practice:

🌱 flax & chia — omega-3s and lignans that support estrogen metabolism
🌱 pumpkin & sunflower seeds — minerals that nourish the nervous system and progesterone pathways
🌱 oats & psyllium — deep fiber to support the gut, where hormones are processed and released

This is food as regulation, not restriction. Plus it’s nummy! Try with grass fed butter or nut butter.

Grounding the body so hormones can find their own coherence helps us flow to our highest heights 😁✨

I’m sharing a very simple version here.
If you’d like the full recipe, you’re welcome to DM me 💌

May our nourishment be slow, intelligent, and kind💗

He doesn’t always pick up his socks, and he always buys too many expensive supplements, and books that he never uses…

But this daddy is a hot papa.

Not because he’s tall (which was on my soulmate wish list).

Not because he’s cute (he is but after 11 years, that’s not a big thing that matters anymore to me, especially since I’m 46 now and having a hot younger man is potentially triggering!)

And he’s not hot because he makes a ton of money (though he does support our family and we got to live our dream life in a dream home between two countries lately we love—USA and Indonesia).

Jack is hot because he ignites my flame. He mirrors my biggest growth, challenges me to the edge, all while loving me up fully. The best thing about Jack is his unwavering commitment.

His commitment is hot.

I used to think the popular boys were hot but now that just turns me off— most of them are energy parasites, and broke my heart (and one left me with a painful STD that took a lot of energy to cure! Sorry for the TMI but girls it happens and we have to be honest when we are diving deep into the world of toxic relationships).

Healthy love is hot. Toxic is not.

Healthy fatherhood is hot. Avoidant fathers are not. Think and act wisely before you choose your mates, ladies, and you won’t regret it!
