Every month 18 people arrive in Ubud not quite sure what they are walking into.
Here is what those 21 days actually look like.

The day starts at 06:30 with meditation and pranayama before the sun is fully up. Morning practice in a shala surrounded by rice fields. Breakfast together. Then hours of anatomy, philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, teaching practice and Yin yoga clinics.

The teachers are specialists. Each one works exclusively in their own subject and has spent years, sometimes decades, mastering it. You feel the difference immediately.
The group is 18 people maximum. Never more. By the end of week one you know everyone by name. By the end of week two something has shifted. By week three you are teaching your own class in front of the group and wondering why you waited so long.

You leave with dual certification in Vinyasa and Yin, Yoga Alliance registered. You also leave with something that doesn't have a certificate.

Every month 18 people arrive in Ubud not quite knowing what they are walking into. They leave as yoga teachers. But more than that, they leave as different versions of themselves.

Here is what those 21 days actually look like.

Morning meditation before the sun is fully up. A shala surrounded by rice fields. Teachers who have spent decades mastering their specific subject. Days that are full but never rushed. A small group that becomes something closer to family by the end.

The curriculum covers Vinyasa and Yin, both certifications. Applied anatomy. Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridian theory. Ayurveda. Philosophy. Voice activation. The business of teaching yoga. All of it woven together over three weeks in Bali.

The training starts at 06:30 and ends with dinner. Three full days off built in. Rest is part of the design, not an afterthought.

What you take home is the certification. What stays with you is harder to name.

Knowing the poses is maybe 30% of actually teaching yoga.

The other 70% is reading the room. Knowing when to push and when to back off. Noticing the person in the corner who's struggling but won't say anything.
