This university city is constructed with 3D h**p-printing and is designed to provide a clean, healthy and self-sufficient environment for its inhabitants.
The outer rim is towered by clean & renewable power plants from solar, wind, hydro or micro thorium nuclear reactors.
The agricultural belt grows essential ingredients for the population. A fully automated cultivation & distribution system aims to produce an abundance of the finest quality of plant & animal products.
The recreation & housing complex is home to the city's family of students. Each home will be designed for the highest quality of living & privacy. The area also gives space for larks, lakes, sporting fields and other outdoor activities sites.
Before entering the core, this edu-socio-cultural district will include schools laboratoriums, libraries, museums, theatres, dining facilites, clubs & lounges and many more.
The core will function as the command centre. The AI powered mainframe is responsible to control, monitor and evaluate the city's capacity of resources & energy, waste management, natural disaster assessments, distribution of goods and transportation services.
Mode of commute for citizens is designed for meximum efficiency & safety. Inner city transport will range from automomous electric monorails to driverless shuttle pods. Intercity travel is facilited by maglev trains or the hyperloop.
