Day 9
Today we woke up early to drive out to a beach to clean it. 🏝️We learned about trash on the beach and we found a baby turtle stuck in the trash. 🐢We collected 220 kg trash and then we relaxed the rest of the day. We ate early dinner together because there was Ogoh Ogoh Parade one day before Nyepi that is Bali’s day of silence 🐲🏯Nevi

Day 8
We took a ferry to Nusa Lembongan, where we went out on a boat to 2 different locations and snorkel where we saw beautiful fish and corals🪼🐠 then we had lunch at the island when a unexpected storm came and we had to stay at the place we were eating a long time before we where able to take the ferry back⛴️💧but we still had a lot of fun🥰 in the evening we went out and ate dinner and had a nice evening🙌🏻

Day 6 and 7
Today the group was split into two teams. The first team went surfing 🏄🏽‍♀️🌊And the other team was planting corals in the reef 🪸🐠And the rest of the day was spent by the ocean, or at the hotel

Day 5
Today it was our last day in Ubud before we moved to Sanur.⛱️🌤️We started the day off with visiting a beautiful waterfall 💧after we drove to a temple where we joined a water cleanse ceremony🎑 🌙🪬 we got to our hotel in Sanur and had a delicious dinner together afterwards🍲

Today we went to a local village where we could se how the People live. 🏯We made Balinese Offerings and tried fresh coconut water and meat. 🌸🥥After we walked to a rice field where we could help and see how they plant rice. 🌾then we went to local restaurants and tried some Balinese food and desserts. 👩‍🍳🍵- Nevi

Day 3
Today we woke up at 1 am in the night to busses taking us to Mount Batur, where we hiked up in the dark with tour guides. When we reached the top we saw the beautiful sunrise and a lot of monkeys.🌞🌞After the hard hike we went to a nice hot spring water pool to relax our sore muscles. We then had lunch at a beautiful restaurant and later we went out and bought a sarong to everybody. We ended the day with eating dinner all together.

Day 2
Today we started the day at a local food market where we tried some fresh fruit. We then took the bus to a cooking class in the jungle, where we got to make some delicious local food. Then we went to a monkey forest where we got very close to the monkeys🐒🌺 - Filippa

Day 1
First day in bali started with breakfast, and then a 30 min drive to a local school. To get to the school we had to go for a walk through rice fields. We had prepared some lessons about culture, languge and some games. The teachers and students at the school had prepared a lot of dances and performances. After we ate some delicious food, and spend the rest of the day at the hotel, and in the city🌺🌞🇮🇩

The day we left Bali we had a lesson with Seasoldier in the morning. We actually removed 90 kilos of trash from the beach in an hour and a half.

There will be more plastic in the oceans than fish by 2050. Every 20 minutes, the equivalent of a 10-ton truckload of plastic is dumped into the waters around Indonesia, making this country the biggest polluter after China.
