When something doesn't change immediately, it's common to imagine that nothing is happening. But some processes follow a different rhythm. Trust is one of them.
Trust doesn't usually arise from a single experience, but from repeated encounters where the body gradually realizes that it doesn't need to defend itself in the same way. Without haste, without demands, and without needing to arrive early, something begins to reorganize itself internally.
That's why, in Eutonia, we don't measure depth by the intensity of an isolated practice. What truly transforms this experience is what continues to be built with each encounter. A more trusting relationship with oneself, which grows silently and opens space for the body to find, in its own time, new possibilities of presence.
