THE KALDERA CABIN is the latest prefab tech by team that is developed for the Indonesian ministry of Tourism new development resort district in Toba lake, The Kaldera. It is the first ever luxury prefab concept that can be transported using a truck to places hard to reached. It is build within just 2 months.

Today mark a special beginning, because The Kaldera has just been launched by Bapak Arief Yahya, the Minister of Tourism. We are thankful that we are part of the new beginning of Lake Toba Tourism new development

We recently designed and built micro prefab shophouses for the foodcourt extension in Sedayu City new food area in Kelapa Gading. This prefab micro shophouse will be used by f&b brands.
