Aligned with our theme " Communication " Kindergarten 2 learned how puppet story telling was used as a medium to deliver a message before the invention of advanced technology.

We had a chance to paint our own Wayang, and played telling stories with our friends. All we needed was just our imagination and it was fun!!!

Let's play bubbles!! Children love to blow and pop bubbles. But parents, did you know that playing bubbles actually offers numerous benefits for young children?

The action of puckering lips and blowing bubbles strengthens mouth and jaw muscles, which is crucial for forming sounds and words.

Playing bubbles also enhances physical coordination, language, and social-emotional skills through sensory play. It boosts hand-eye coordination (tracking and popping), improves fine & gross motor skills, encourages communication and interaction, and aids calming, emotional regulation.

Parents, do you know ? 💡

Young children need to interact to develop crucial social, emotional, cognitive, and language skills that form the foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.

These interactions begin in infancy through non-verbal cues and continue to evolve through shared play, helping children learn to navigate the world around.

Interaction allows the children to build relationships, practice empathy, learn to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and gain self-confidence, while developing crucial communication skills. It also helps children learn to cooperate, share, and express feelings, fosters empathy and understanding of social cues and norms.

Talking and engaging with peers and adult are also essential for language development, vocabulary growth, and conversational skills.

Early social exposure helps children adjust to new environments, like school, more easily.
