Sustainability is best learned through experience.

Our Eco Tour, organized by Nyanyi Bali , invites participants to explore herbs, edible plants, sustainable farming practices, and local biodiversity before continuing with an outdoor Farm to Table cooking experience guided by our Chef Instructors.

From discovering ingredients to preparing traditional Indonesian dishes and sharing a meal together, every step encourages a deeper appreciation for nature, food, and responsible culinary practices.

As part of Nyanyi Bali Group within the BITDeC One campus, we continue to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire future culinary professionals to connect with food, starting from its source.
