Halo, Seketi!!
We can't wait to be there. It's less than 2 months from now.
Participating in a volunteering activity like COP had helped Fabian's Journey in learning about cultural differences between Indonesia and The Netherlands. Moreover, it is also a platform for him to travel abroad, experiencing new things whilst helping people at the same time. Would you like to challenge yourself doing the same thing? Come and join us in COP 2019!
Our friend from International Christian University (ICU), Japan, Eru Michimoto gives us three reasons why she decided to join COP. What are those? You can find out by her testimony here!
Did you know that was a participant of COP in 2016? Yes, our president's son was once spent his holiday by coming to the village, participate in this international service learning programme and had a great time with his fellows. Here's what he says about this programme.

A year of preparation for the wonderful has been paid off. This year's COP was a huge success, and participants are coming back home with beautiful memories. We would like to thank all partners, supervisors, sponsors, the government participants, host families and everyone who have helped and supported this program from the beginning until the end. We are looking forward for the upcoming program, and hoping that more people would come and be a blessing for the nations. See you next year on COP 2019!

At first, they came as strangers. They did not know one another, but they had to live, work, and build their vision together in order to give their best in helping people in needs. They started to become friends.
Living in a village which is exactly different with their urban lives, had to adjust with the rural areas as well as working on several programs were not a piece of cake. But, they succeeded. Engaging with the village lives, host families, and as a group team that worked hand in hand, strengthen their bond one another.
Yesterday, when they had to leave the village, tears dropped like a flood. You cannot imagine that in such a short time, the bond is that strong that makes saying good bye would have been the hardest part of the farewell.
Three weeks of the program went by in a blink of an eye, and they have become a family. From strangers to friends then a family, COP is a ring of an endless love between participants and the villagers. Time and distance might separate them, but the what have left in the village never fade. They will be back home to continue their lives, but one thing to be sure that piece of their heart will always treasure the laughter, the sadness, and the memories. The 2018 Community Outreach Program, keep blessing the nations.
