Yayasan Pendidikan Santa Lorent berdiri sejak tahun 1988 diawali dengan diresmikan TK Santa Lorent pada tahun 1988 untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat tentang perlunya layanan pendidikan yang baik. Kemudian pada tahun 2004 diresmikan gedung SD Santa Lorent sekaligus menandai tahun ajaran pertama SD Santa Lorent. Sejalan dengan tujuan awal SD Santa Lorent serta mengimplementasikan Teknologi dan Inf

ormasi yang semakin berkembang pesat maka terbentuklah suatu sistem kurikulum yang menerapakan bahasa indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar dan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa penunjang utama supaya anak didik memiliki kompetensi yang mumpuni untuk bersaing di era globalisasi. SD Santa Lorent telah meraih akreditasi A dari DInas Pendidikan dan mengimplementasikan pembentukan karakter anak yang baik dan prestasi akademdik yang cemerlang
