Every year, the Vouge Paris Fashion Festival brings together industry professionals and fashion addicts from all over the world at Palais Potocki (Paris).
In 2019, the famous fashion & lifestyle magazine renewed this key event for a new edition featuring presentations by industry experts on 2 major themes: environmental engagement and societal engagement, including diversity and gender equality as well as the issue of brand differentiation.

Chef JW Foster, Executive Chef, Fairmont Royal York, CA has long been an advocate of ♻️ sustainable food practices, aiming to serve 100% sustainable seafood in all hotel operations.
He also acts as the steward for 400,000 honeybees 🐝 in the hotel's rooftop organic garden, a feature he installed in Toronto as well as Dallas, San Francisco, and Banff. In his efforts toward zero waste, Chef Foster partners with local farmers to purchase 'ugly vegetables' 🥕 that do not make it to market and builds menus that focus on using the entirety of all food products.
