Book Week done right 📚

From buddy reading with the little ones, to parents coming in to share stories, dressing up as book characters and our fun Book Café where students got to “taste” new books! There was something happening everywhere you looked.

We were delighted to welcome representatives from the University of Otago to our school for an engaging entrepreneurship workshop.

Students were challenged to think creatively and collaboratively — using three random words as inspiration to design a business idea and deliver a pitch.

The session encouraged innovation, problem-solving, and confident communication as students stepped into the role of young entrepreneurs, sharing imaginative ideas and bold solutions for the future.

A big thank you to the University of Otago team for inspiring our learners to think big, take risks, and explore the possibilities of entrepreneurship!
