Nuraa Women's Institute (NWI) is an institute focusing on the issues of women empowerment, women participation in politics and democracy, as well as women in SMEs by providing research and training. Nuraa Women's Institute (NWI) was founded on July 17 2019 by Dr. Nurhayati Ali Assegaf, an Indonesian politician and academic.
We utilizes our resources both domestic and international in achieving our goals, mainly in encouraging women participation in politics and decision making level.
NWI is supported by board members consisting of experts in the fields of economics and international relations, one of whom is Prof. Dr. Firat Purtas from Türkiye. NWI is committed to becoming a professional, credible institution and contributing to the advancement of women in the world.
Our mission is to educate women towards a peaceful and prosperous world. "Smart women, smart world".
