Project Technical Writer
1. Responsible for writing technical, such as manuals, reports, appendices, or any instructions gathered from formal and informal discussion during project cycles.
2. Accountable to perform writing assignments.
3. To organize material that has bee gathered and complete the writing assignment according to company project standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, format, terminology.
4.Responsible to develop business letters and other formats, document organization, rules of grammar, spelling, style and tone, and vocabulary types of business writing.
5. Responsible to develop the appropriate design and style for technical documentation with any tools of Document Design, Document Development, Editing/Reviewing work, Guidelines/Style/Techniques, Job Overview, Online/Hypermedia/Interactive Media, Professionalism, and Project Management.
6. Responsible to prepare any selection of creating photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material and may assist in layout work.
7. Accountable to produce project information and act as a reviewer or editor on published materials and recommend revisions in scope, format, content, and method of reproduction and binding and use sophisticated tools, i.e. Publishing programs, web base etc.
8. Responsible to effectively gather information from subject matter expert, regulator, and decision maker during meeting, discussion, workshops and permitting process.
9. Accountable to collect out-sourcing information from news, newspaper, magazine and other communication line on any issues related to project establishment.
10. Responsible to gather information by observing developmental and production activities, by studying product plans, drawings, specifications, journals, and samples; and by interviewing production and engineering personnel to become familiar with product, technologies, uses, operation, and maintenance.
