When we say that Jungle School kids are amazing, this is one of the things we are talking about. All of our Middle Schoolers participated in this living history project. Nobody complained, nobody stayed home “sick”…. They all showed up and showed off.

These kids know what it means to work hard, set goals, and put on a show. We are always so proud of them.

History class at Jungle School is always full of magic. This is where we turn lectures into adventures. In this instance, our middle schoolers mummified fish, left them for a week, and recorded the results.

This is what we call experience-based learning. And it’s not a special event… this is a normal day in the Jungle.

The Jungle School Band performed LIVE at Kafeole on Friday the 13th of March 2026. This was their first live gig after playing together for only 4 months.

If you didn’t get to see them this time, you’ll get another chance at the EMCD Band Competition at UKSW in April.
