2. Registration

3. Opening Ceremony

The conference will be open by the Vice President of Indonesia, Mr. Jusuf

Kalla. For the security clearance procedure, we hope you have arrived and

registered at the Convention Hall Andalas University by 8:00 AM on Wednesday

2nd May 2018. The committee will provide some buses from certain hotels at

city center for transportation to the Andalas University. Further detail

will be emailed.

4. Hotel

We would like to suppose to book your accommodation as soon as possible to

make sure that you will stay at the hotel similar to your expectation

because of the hotel in Padang is high occupancy on the conference date. For

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are happy to inform you that Andalas University, Indonesia's National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB), and Indonesian Disaster Expert Association (IABI) are jointly organizing “International Conference on Disaster Management (ICDM)” which will take place on the May 1st - 4th, 2018 in Padang, Indonesia. The conference is part of the 5th Annual Scientific Meeting (PIT) of IABI. Last year conference was attended and officially opened by Indonesian Vice President, Jusuf Kalla.
As an expert in Disaster Management, We would like to invite all of you to participate in this conference. We would be very happy if you could submit and present your recent research findings in the conference. Submitted full papers will be double blind reviewed with Plagiarism report by subject experts and based on reviewer's comments, papers will be selected for oral presentation during the conference. Please, circulate the conference information among your contacts and oblige. The conference is expected to be attended by many experts on Disaster Management from all over the world. All presented papers in the conference will be published in Scopus indexed journal of Q2, Q4 or in a Scopus indexed proceeding (MATEC).
