A research partnership established between the Alliance, University of Mataram, BMKG (Indonesian Bureau of Meteorology), the Research Institute for Agricultural Technology and BLHP (the NTB Provincial Environmental and Research Board) A new AusAID-CSIRO Alliance project in NTB, Indonesia is
investigating potential climate change impacts on rural
livelihoods and designing adaptation strategies with
the NTB government, NGOs and local communities. This project between the University of Mataram, the
NTB government’s Climate Change Task Force and
the Bureau of Meteorology, builds on previous
Australia-Indonesia research collaborations.
