As the Learning & Development Manager of Wall Street English Indonesia, you will be in charge of building and running WSE Academy, our internal virtual training function. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reviewing the training program & methods. WSE Academy is aimed at training our sales teams, customer experience teams as well as center managers. Teacher training is handled separately
You will work closely with our Head of Sales, Head of Products & Customer Experience as well as heads of functions to ensure the learning modules & training programs provided meet their needs and increase the productivity of our staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✍️ Experienced training experience in a customer service industry such as hospitality, fitness, financial services
✍️ Soft skills: leadership, communication, problem solving, teamwork, interpersonal
✍️ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
✍️ Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
✍️ Ability to design and implement effective training and development
✍️ Good organization and presentation skills

KEY GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OKRs)
✍️ Improve productivity and skill of new sales staff (Personal Consultants) and customer experience staff (Mentors). Within first 3 months, new PCs and Mentors are expected to hit certain sales targets.
✍️ Continuous development of mid-career center staff. Refresher training for center-based staff, development of junior managers in order to prepare staff for personal development and career growth
✍️ Ad hoc basic management training workshops for Managers. Partner with external providers, if relevant and necessary, to provide ad hoc training for Managers to improve management skills, open perspectives and develop maturity

✍️ To design SOP, training, quality assessment and other relevant modules to be used in WSE Academy
✍️ To conduct training session for employees according to the modules
✍️ To conduct regular quality assessment and follow up training for the WSE Academy (to maintain the quality of the service provided to members)
✍️ To support and assist CGM and other HOD solve specific problems regarding employee’s development
✍️ To coach and support employees in their work development (to help employees improve and grow their skills)

Bukan hal istimewa lagi, kalau kalian bisa bahasa Inggris. Sekarang semua sudah tahu bahasa Inggris.
Bahasa ini sudah di sekitar kita dan menjadi bagian dari hidup kita. Bukan sulit untuk bisa menguasainya. Sekarang banyak fasilitas yang bisa nge-PUSH kecepatan bahasa Inggris kita.
