American Corner UNHAS American Corners are partnerships between the U.S. Embassy and major universities in Indonesia.

The American Corner of Hassanuddin University(UNHAS) in Makassar was opened September 10, 2005, located on the second floor of UNHAS Main Library. It is a partnership program between the Public Affairs Office of the Embassy of the United States of America in Indonesia and Hassanuddin University, Makassar, Indonesia.

Here are some snapshots of our 5th session of MOOC, which is the last for this time! We would like to say thank you to our facilitator, kak Mudrikan Nacong who happen to be the most interactive facilitator in this whole MOOC session. Thank you for sharing your experiences in broadcasting world. Also, thank you very much for all the participant who made it to all session as well as they who made it once, twice, and so on! Here are some snapshots of our MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) session three. The session that supposed to be held on Wednesday was postponed due to the election day. We also started a bit earlier, which was on 10 AM. But don't worry, next week we will be coming with the usual time; Wednesday, 1.30 pm. So please mark your calendar because we only have two session left. Thank you for our facilitator Arham Muhammad who shared his experiences and knowledges about journalism, as well as all the participants who were coming over. We are looking forward to see you here at American Corner!

Here are the photos of our MOOC 2nd session yesterday. We really had an awesome crowd and we hope this keeps on happening in MOOC next three sessions.
