"Mengembalikan Kekuatan dengan Berolahraga"
kadangkala, ada saatnya semangat kita tiba-tiba menurun dan sulit konsentrasi, kan ? Di saat seperti ini, lakukanlah olahraga ringan untuk mengembalikan kekuatan. Misalnya lari 1 putaran mengelilingi taman di sekitar rumah. selain tubuh tubuh segar, suasana hati pun senang.
Jangan lupa teriakan semangat !!! kemudian kembali berkonsentrasi belajar. Olahraga berguna menyegarkan pikiran kembali serta membantu pikiran tetap positif.
