At Gili Cooking Classes, La Cocoteraie Ecolodge & Boho Villas,
we are taking steps every day:

🌱 composting our organic waste
🏡 involving our guests in the process

I just donated to Indo Coral Conservation's crowdfunding campaign to save the coral reefs in Indonesia. Coral reefs are vital for the health of our oceans and our planet, but they are under threat from climate change, pollution, overfishing, and other human activities.

We are Indo Coral Conservation, an NGO that runs a marine conservation program to grow and replant corals on the reef around the Gili Islands. We were founded by the scuba school, 3W Dive, in Gili Air Indonesia.

It was fantastic and delicious! We went for the super six. The atmosphere, guidance, explanations were excellent! 👨🏽‍🍳… eko is the shortest one, but has the loudest voice? You will definitely hear him from afar!

👩🏽‍🍳… acek is the only girl on our team? Acek takes care of all the boys and cooks them their lunch and dinner

👨🏽‍🍳… yogi is a big fan of Justin Bieber? If you hear his songs in our class, you know whose playlist it is

👨🏽‍🍳… wang is the joker of our team? Always in for a joke with you or the rest of the team.
