Celebrating the joy of reading, together! 📚✨

This International Literacy Day, our MIS community came together to celebrate stories, books, and the connections they create.

Across the school, students, teachers, and parents shared stories, read together, and enjoyed meaningful moments through books. From Buddy Reading sessions with friends to welcoming parents into our classrooms, the day was filled with opportunities to connect, listen, imagine, and discover.

It was a wonderful reminder that literacy is about so much more than learning to read. It sparks imagination, strengthens connections, opens new worlds, and lays the foundation for lifelong learning.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special!

At MIS, our Cambridge learning approach encourages students to stay curious, think independently, ask questions, and build confidence along the way. Through meaningful classroom experiences, our students are developing more than knowledge. They are learning how to think, explore ideas, solve problems, and take an active role in their own learning.

Because learning is not just about what you know- it’s about how you think, and who you become along the way!
