To celebrate our first week at the SBI Learning Resort teachers and students by creating a traditional Nasi Tumpeng lunch tower.

Tumpeng is an important Indonesian tradition and is created and served at special events. Today, everyone at SBI enjoyed this delicious assorted of grilled chicken, shredded eggs, stir-fried veggies, noodles, sweet tempe, chicken liver and potatoes, served with fragrant yellow rice.
