Pelita Hati National Plus School, the best school in Jember, merupakan sekolah bilingual pertama di Jember yang menerapkan metode pengajaran menggunakan 2 bahasa yaitu Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai pengantarnya dan diajarkan juga bahasa Mandarin. Sekolah ini pun menggunakan 2 kurikulum yaitu kurikulum Nasional sesuai dengan KTSP untuk pelajaran PKN, Bahasa Indonesia, Agama, IPA, IPS,

Matematika, dan Bahasa Mandarin, serta menggunakan kurikulum Cambridge International Primary Programme untuk pelajaran Math, Science dan English. Untuk Kurikulum Nasional sekolah Pelita Hati berada dibawah bimbingan dan pengawasan langsung dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember.
