h comes from my own life journey. I have battled with obesity, sugar addiction, depression, poor body image and binge eating every since I can remember. The one thing that was clear for me and started me in the quest of wellness at 21 years of age, was a very clear voice in my heart, that I was put in this world to be a guide for people having the same struggle and a sense of hopelessness. During the years of being in search for something that actually works, was a road very blurry, unclear and extremely scary. I felt very alone and isolated. There was not much information about holistic health and wellness, instead a multitude of diet products and nutritionists advocating low calorie diets. My mission in this world is twofold:
1) To help women truly love their bodies and to end the epidemic of emotional eating.
2) Prevent teenage obesity by equipping schools, families and children to become food detectives and debunk food myths. My education at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition
I discovered IIN truly through divine intervention, as though the universe was telling me it was the right time to start teaching and spreading my journey of wellness with the world. So, I stopped teaching at Stamford American International School in Singapore where I was a Kindergarten teacher, and took time out to focus solely on studying at IIN (The Institute of Integrative Nutrition), which is the biggest nutrition school in the world that explores more than 100 dietary theories. It has more than 100 world-class educators who are doctors, researchers, nutrition experts such Mark Hyman, Mehmet Oz, Deepak Chopra, Marion Nestle. I wanted to be part of the mission that Joshua Rosenthal (founder of IIN) believed in which is to create a ripple affect that transforms the world, by creating health and happiness. Aarti Mulani’s Wellness Program: A program to end all diet programs. I designed this program simply because I do not want you to spend the thousands of dollars that I did on weight loss pills and shakes, diets, pre-packaged food, food catering. I have been on all of those and it never lasted or worked. Neither do I want you to spend the thousands of dollars that I did on the nutritionists and therapists that I searched and worked with both in Singapore and the States. This program is an amalgamation of all the nutritionists, psychologists, doctors and holistic health concepts that worked for me. I want it to be easy and available for you and to help you end your search. I want to hold your hand and be your guide, so that you do not need another program or diet. It is my guarantee that if you follow the program it will equip you for life and you will not need any diet program again. Here are the 5 programs I offer:
