Last week, five students from five different campuses truly impressed everyone during the international final of the Global Student Entrepreneurship Contest (GSEC) held in Montreal.

🐟 The winner, Florence Duong (LaSalle College | Vancouver), with her project ''Phin'', stood out with her innovative approach to creating fabric from discarded fish skin, exemplifying the spirit of entrepreneurship and sustainability.

👏 Congratulations to the four other finalists - Maddison Bayliss, Afif Hamza, Malek Rouissi, Miguel Angel Cortes - who were true inspirations with their outstanding projects!

One of the assignments in the Advance Game Design class is to craft a fun gameplay experience of a board game. The students learn to design the game mechanics, rules, and user experiences on a paper prototype. The design process is followed by a playtesting session to observe if the board game prototype delivers the intended fun experience.

Last week, our Colombian colleagues at LCI Bogotá hosted the Connect 2.0 event, featuring the photo project "Corpo Naturis." In addition to the photo exhibition, this initiative, developed by one of our and current teacher, Victor Chaves, included a live Chroma experience and a panel discussion with another LCI Education alumnus, David Canas, about the VFX landscape in Colombia.
