Applying early is not for everyone!! 😶

Most people are confused by inflated statistics and think that applying early guarantee is better odds in Ivy League admissions- this is not true.

Most of the time when you’re applying early, you are competing against people with a built-in advantage in the admissions process, and if you are not able to blow them out of the water admissions, officers have a huge incentive to defer your application to regular decision which reduces your odds in the end. Don’t fall for the trap, only apply early if you have a good reason to do it at top colleges or use it at a college where it actually makes a difference.
