The Notes of My Practice.
The schedule of My Personal Yoga Practice:
I try to practice Yoga 7 times a week. 7 times of practice in 6 days, and one day off. But if I feel pain in my body, I take one day off to some days off to rest. After the rest day, I come back to my Personal Yoga Practice.
I prioritize having rest and sleep, because when I take rest and sleep, that's the moment for my body to fix and rebuild the muscles and all other parts in my body.
About My Yoga Practice:
My Yoga Practice is for 100 percent physical health. My Yoga Practice is my good habit and good time to heal and build my body, and calm myself, my mind, and my heart. My Yoga Practice never changes my soul as a Catholic.

- Warrior 2 & Extended Side Angle: 6 x 100 seconds
- Triangle & Revolved Triangle: 6 x 100 seconds
- High Lunge: 6 x 100 seconds
- Standing Forward Fold: 200 seconds
- Upwards Salute: 200 seconds
I do this Yoga Practice to strengthen my feet and to relax my tired hands.
