Education is very important to determine the development and realization of one's self as well as the development of the nation. The school is one place that held a formal education, almost Indonesian people had gone to school. However, it is not uncommon for them must take the pains to go to school, especially for those living in remote areas. In order to achieve the desired educational process, should a teacher that does not select a choice in determining which school will he teach. The teachers must teach wherever he is primarily to teach in remote areas. Therefore, being a teacher is ready to teach anywhere, especially in remote areas should be adventurous like a bacpacker. Backpacker Teaching Project is one effort in order to reduce the problem the lack of teachers in remote areas as well as to foster the spirit for teachers and prospective teachers to work in remote areas. Backpacker Teaching Project is one of the programs carried out by students of Primary School Teacher Education Faculty of Education University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta BSD particular class.
