Efficiency of Indonesia Stock Market considers as Semi Strong because the market price doesn't reflect to Private Information. The market price is mostly influenced by economic and political issues.

Coal --> When Demand (from China) decrease, Supply (from Indonesia Coal companies) increase. The coal company wants to maintain their profit so that they increase the Sales Volume. That is the reason coal price so difficult to increase.
