Off-shore Learning Options launched at WITT (Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki).

We are excited to announce that WITT has launched Off-Shore Learning Options for international students, at just $995 each.
These learning options allow students to commence study online in their home country, and then travel to New Zealand once the border restrictions are lifted.

The process to apply for WITT's Off-Shore Learning is simple:
1. Complete an application for online study.
2. Receive a confirmation of study for the online learning option.
3. Receive a login to WITT’s online learning system (Moodle) – this will happen automatically.
4. Online study will commence in late July or early August, depending on which option the student has enrolled in.

Like most of the world, we had to adapt to working and learning online through COVID-19.

Travel restrictions prevented Jiahao He from coming to New Zealand to study finance in his second year, so he found a new local spot at Hangzhou library where he found it easier to focus.

Here's his experience studying online from Hangzhou, China. www.massey.ac.nz/news/?id=10177

We’re on the way to Semester 2! 😍👏 That means that we’ll be opening up the University with face-to-face lectures, tutorials, labs, and seminars and no restrictions (unless there is a change in Alert level). We look forward to our students, staff, and visitors coming back to campus. For the most part, we expect all students enrolled in courses to be on campus for Semester 2. There will be exceptions for some students, such as domestic and international students unable to return to campus due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will be working with students affected individually. If you think this might apply to you and you have not been contacted about this, please reach out to AskOtago for assistance. All semester 1 exams and final assessments will continue to be delivered online as planned. We also have the Pūtea Tautoko hardship fund for those under financial pressure which is available to ALL students. This fund will continue to operate through semester 2 and beyond, and applications may be made online through your eVision portal. 🏫👨‍🎓👩‍🎓🎓
