The teaching system applied in the classroomis based on Communicative Approach. The classroom activities are directed to acquire the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing with particular emphasis on listening and speaking. To learn actively, the participants are engaged in a lot of small group discussions in which they can develop their fluency along with their language accuracy. In addition, they can build their self-confidence which condition is required to accelerate the learning process. Materials
Each program has its own materials designed to meet tha needs of the course participants. All the materials are kept up to date, representing those used for actual communication. For in-house training, the programs are usually tailor-made. The materials are, therefore, selected to meet the course participants’ specific needs. Teaching Staff
The teaching staff consist of qualified teachers trained in Indonesia or overseas having at least two years experience in teaching English. Generally the graduated from Teacher’s Colleges, majoring in English Language education. To support the class teaching, the co-teachers are assigned to handle co-curricular activities. Facilities
