오후 3시 자카르타 근교
고속도로 상황.

어떤 이들은 인도네시아 정부가
게을러서 그런다고 한다.
어떤 이들은 인도네시아에
부정부패가 많아서 그런다고 한다.

하지만 지구 온난화로 인하여
해안가 도서 지방과
섬나라들이 많은 피해를
입고 있다고 생각하는
사람들이 없는것은
그만큼 지구 건강에 대한
걱정들을 안하고 있다는 것이다.

Tahun 2020 Tgl. 01 January keadaan jalan Tol di Tangerang..
ada yg bilang kelalaian Pemerintah Indonesia,
ada yang bilang karena Korupsi..

tapi tidak ada yang mikir
karena perubahan iklim.
Kenapa semua orang tidak memikirkan kesehatan Bumi.
hari ini Jakarta kena Banjir, ini bukan hannya penyakit Indonesia tetapi penyakit Dunia. cuma baru kelihatan di Indonesia. karena Indonesia paling banyak pulau di seluruh di Dunia.

인도네시아의 신문에 난 기사의 일부이다.. 집안에서 돌연사한 어느 부인의 죽음에 대한 기사 가운데,

"경찰은...더 이상의 가정사에 대해서는 말을 아꼈다."

이것이 사람사는 나라의 모습이 아닐까 싶다..

We deeply regret that the Japanese government has approved the use of the “rising sun” flag at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, ignoring the fact that this flag was used as the symbol of the Imperial Japanese Army along with the N**i flag before and during World War II (WWII), therefore banned at FIFA events.
Despite the evidences proving that uncountable WWII war crimes and atrocities were committed by the Japanese Army under this flag as an ally of the N**i, Japan continues to employ this flag as the symbol of its current national defence force.
Japanese Government by allowing the display of this offensive symbol at one of the biggest international events such as Olympic Games clearly demonstrates its lack of willingness to resolve any outstanding human rights abuse committed under its Imperial Japanese rule during WWII and its denial of own history.
We condemn this irresponsible act of the current Japanese Government. We will try our best to draw global solidarity to ban the display of this flag at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games including making a formal complaint to the International Olympic Committee in order to prevent the Japanese Government from violating the Olympic spirit with its ongoing imperialistic ambitions.

Citoyens globaux de coréens qui demeurent dans le monde, nous regrettons fort que le gouvernement japonais a approuvé l’emploi du drapeau « soleil levant » aux Jeux olympiques 2020 en ignorant le fait que ce drapeau susmentionné avait été adopté comme le symbole de l’armée japonaise impériale avant et lors de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, et par conséquent interdit aux événements de la Fédération internationale de football association (FIFA).
Malgré les évidences qui montrent innombrable crimes et atrocités de la guerre commis par l’Armée du Japon sous ce drapeau en étant l’allié du N**i, Japon continue à s’en servir pour le symbole de ses forces de défense nationale.
Le Gouvernement japonais en permettant l’affichage de ce symbole blessant à un des plus grands événements internationaux comme les Jeux Olympiques clairement démontre son manque de volonté à résoudre des abus des droits humains en suspens commis sous le régime impérial japonais au cours de la Seconde Guerre mondiale et son démenti de propre histoire.
Nous condamnons cet acte irresponsable du présent Gouvernement japonais. Nous ferons notre possible de renforcer la solidarité globale pour interdire l’exhibition de ce drapeau durant les Jeux olympique Tokyo 2020 y compris procéder une plainte formelle au Comité olympique international afin d’empêcher le Gouvernement japonais de violer l’esprit olympique avec ses ambitions impérialistes.

욱일기는 제2차 세계대전을 일으킨 일본 군대의 상징이며, 현재 일본 군대인 자위대의 군기이다. 독일 나치의 상징인 하켄크로이츠와 같은 전범기인 것이다. 일본 군국주의와 제국주의 사상을 담고 있고 FIFA에서도 허용되지 않는 욱일기 문양을 올림픽에서 허용하는 것은, 전쟁과 침략의 역사에 대해 반성 의지가 전혀 없는 현 아베 정부의 파렴치함과 전쟁에 대한 야욕이 여실히 드러난다고 하겠다.

이는 일제강점기 피해자들에게 아직도 공식 사과와 법적 배상을 하지 않고 있는 현 일본 정부의 인권과 역사의식에 대한 문제점을 드러내는 결정이기도 하다.

우리 해외독립군은, 2020년 도쿄올림픽에서 욱일기의 사용을 아무 제재없이 허용한 일본 정부를 강력히 규탄하며, 전쟁범죄의 깃발이 올림픽에서 사용되지 못하도록 IOC에 항의하고 또한 전 세계적인 연대 활동과 노력에 최선을 다할 것이다.
