Creating generation-C (creator/innovator) to get ready for the industrial revolution 4.0

Responsibility:
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating promotion and campaign programs; developing field sales action plans
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying client requirements; defining market, competitors’ share, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses
• Maintain key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Protects organization’s values by keeping any confidential materials undisclosed
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirements:
• At least 3 (three) years of experience in sales and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, information technology or related fields
• Fluent in English
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
• Preferably has experience in Faronics application
• Have an understanding of 21st century education is an advantage
• Able to multitask, prioritize and strong project management skills and focus under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and communication will all levels of management
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.

Responsibility:
• Conduct presentation of various company products to clients
• Perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware
• IT maintenance support, troubleshooting, monitoring and resolving hardware and applications issues on user site
• Provide support for various internal and external applications
• Any other tasks as and when required by superior

Requirements:
• 1 – 3 (one to three) years of experience in IT support
• Minimum of Diploma Degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent. Bachelor Degree is preferable.
• Thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems
• Proficient with OS installation and application
• Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to details
• Good presentation skill is a MUST
• Fluent in English
• Have an understanding of 21st century education technology is an advantage
• Pro-active, independent, good self discipline
• Able to multitask, prioritize and strong project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and communication will all levels of management
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
