For those of you who are still not familiar with the 313 sports club, on this occasion we will introduce to you about our sports club.

First of all, we are a group of people that aware of the health needs of people in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, which is now a need for health awareness is increasing.Therefore, we are here to present to you who want to be healthy and at the same time improve the performance of your fitness level. More importantly, Make sure your mindset about fitness is not about build your perfect body! Remember, the main purpose of the exercise is good health and ideal posture is the bonus of a healthier you've got!

Furthermore, we will introduce the programs that we have. At 313 Sports Club we have 4 programs that we offer to you;

1. Conditioning Camp (C-Camp)
This program is a favorite and is suitable for you who are beginners in the sports. In this program, we present the sport based on bodyweight training. So, overall the program uses the body as a basis for the exercise. Such as Push Up, Sit Up, Squat, Plank, etc. We also have a lot of variations of movement which we have for you based on your fitness level. So, for you that are already a pro, we also present the complex movements so that it can maximize the performance of your fitness.

2. MAF-Muay Thai
For you who are interested to follow the Martial Arts program but need more than just martial arts. MAF-Muay Thai is the answer. MAF itself is an abbreviation of Martial Art Fitness. What different is, this program use a basic movement & technique from Muay Thai, However, our method focus on Fitness elements. which the exercise program is based on the customer need and also based on customer performance. So, we are here to make you feel the Muay Thai exercise in correct, good, and safe movement but also fun and enjoy. This is good for you who want to learn Martial Arts in a fun way.

3.TRX
Total Resistance eXercise simplified as TRX is a Suspension Training bodyweight exercise which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously using the TRX Suspension Trainer equipment. This exercise is also perfect for you who are still beginner in sports, you can train various of movement using the Suspension based on what you need to achieve.

4. Revolutions Power Training (RPT)
Need something more challenging? this is the program that suitable for you. RPT is a high intensity exercise that combine weightlifting, gymnastic, and bodyweight training. This program serve you not only make your muscle stronger but also stamina and flexibility. So, ready to challenge yourself to the limit? Sign up!
