Income 1.1M? Gaji atau income? Kurangi salty saatnya fokus tingkatin kualitas diri!

Akhir-akhir ini lagi ramai konten dari tentang income dari beberapa career women berusia 30-an, dan yang bikin ramai tentu jawaban dari mereka: dapat income 1,1 M!

Alhasil, bisa ditebak, banyak yang julid dan salty tentang itu. Ada yang bilang 'gila sih gaji UMR mana bisa', ' jangan flexing gaji lah' 'akan mematikan industri'... wait ini income atau gaji ya yang dibahas?

Cermati lagi, gaji dan income adalah dua hal yang berbeda. Ada mereka yang gajinya sekitar UMR namun karena punya networking yang luas, mereka punya side project yang jadi income tambahan.

So, daripada menghujat pencapaian orang lain, coba kita lihat macam sumber income yang bisa kita mulai bangun dari sekarang. Dan pesan untuk creators agar bisa lebih read the room melihat situasi saat ini.
