This video might give great insights for parents and educators, not just dealing with special needs children but every children:
1. A careful LISTENing sometimes work wonder and actually help the children to be able to conquer his/her struggles.
2. BE with the child when he/she struggle and don't jump in to solve it for the child.
3. DISCUSSion is a very helpful way to help them see what was actually happening and gaining another perspective to solve problems.
4. ENCOURAGE and be their No 1 SUPPORTER.
5. Stay ALERT for detecting frustration.
6. Last but not the least, you can understand more about children with special needs and how to respond to them.
