Nilesh R. He began studying Yoga asanas in school.

Tiwari's journey to yoga has taken him through myriad philosophical thought systems and practices that fuel his life's passion for practice and learning. He spent many years studying Yoga in various Ashrams around India as well as in Mysore. Throughout the years, he became fascinated by both the rigor and the subtle forms within the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. His study expanded to include Sivananda

From Ashtanga Jakarta to Vedic Path. Let’s Reconnect!

Many of you have been with me since the days of Ashtanga Jakarta, our cozy shala where 30 - 40 of us flow together. Those mornings, the friendships, and the shared breath and feel like a student again are still part of my journey.

Today, that path continues in Bali as Vedic Path, bringing yoga, Ayurveda, and conscious way of living under one roof.

Tomorrow Saturday 9 August at 11 AM, we’re celebrating Raksha Bandhan: a festival of connection and protection. And I’d love for you to join us.
