Delusions of grandeur and competency.

They all seem to think they can learn to do everything by watching a few tik tok videos and should therefore be paid the same as someone who has been doing the job for 25 years. They will then proceed to tell the person who has been working for 25 years that he is doing his job wrong… because they watched a tik tok video.

Then when things explode and burst into flame they will blame everyone else but themselves and whine that they are not getting an increase.

They say it’s not the destination, it’s the journey. I say it’s the comeback and prepare for some double-tap-worthy cuteness on your feed!
