Grown with care in Bali’s regenerative fields, Begawan Mansur Heritage Rice carries a story of heritage and excellence. Follow these simple steps to unlock its full flavour and texture.🌾 Here’s how you can prepare it at home:

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Begawan Mansur Heritage Rice
2 1/2 cups water

COOKING METHODS

In a Rice Cooker:
🔹 Rinse the rice three times
🔹 Add rice and water (1:2.5 ratio) into the cooker
🔹 Once cooked, let it sit on ‘keep warm’ for 15 minutes
🔹 Fluff and serve

On the Stovetop:
🔹 Rinse the rice three times
🔹 Combine rice and water (1:2.5 ratio)
🔹 Bring to a boil, then add the rice
🔹 Cook on high (lid off) for 15 mins, then on low (lid on) for another 15 mins
🔹 Turn off the heat and let it rest (lid on) for 15 mins
🔹 Fluff and serve

What makes a great friend? 💛 In this Well-Being session on the essence of being a social human being, the children explored what it truly means to connect, communicate, and support one another. Through interactive activities, they learned the value of teamwork, lending a helping hand, and building friendships based on trust and kindness.

To conclude the session, Kak Irham encouraged them to write a heartfelt ‘Thank You’ letter to their best friend, fostering reflection on the importance of appreciation, empathy, and positive interactions in their daily lives. After all, being a good friend begins with understanding and caring for those around us.
