The sweet potatoes our students planted and cared for are finally ready to harvest. Grown right here on our school land 🍠🌱

Planting and growing our own food is one of the little projects we do at school. From the garden to our snacks and lunches, children get to experience where food comes from in a real and meaningful way 💛

We understand that life can feel like a lot sometimes.

Between work, parenting, responsibilities, and everything in between, it’s easy to forget to pause and check in with ourselves too.

That’s why parents at Empathy School regularly gather for meditation sessions led by ; a quiet space to breathe, slow down, and simply be present together.

A small reminder that taking care of ourselves is also part of taking care of our children💚
